At Toolup, we stand behind the quality of our home improvement tools and equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Toolup account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused tools in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and secure it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the hardware, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
