  1. Embed the anchor 4" into a 6" minimum concrete beam or 8" nominal grouted block wall
  2. Ensure proper alignment and use of specified fasteners
  3. For mislocated anchors, provide a shim designed by a Truss Engineer if the gap is between 1/8" and 1 1/2"
  4. Do not install fasteners where straps overlap in double embedded anchor installations
